What Makes Us Different

Strong Bonding:

  • a. MR Grade: Sukhna Ply MR Grade plywood is bonded with high quality UF Grade regin to resist 12hrs WWR against 3hrs as per BIS.
  • b. BWR Grade: Sukhna Ply BWR grade is bonded with PF (Phenol Formaldehyde) regin which resist 36hrs Boiling test against 8 hrs of BIS.

Dual Press Technology:

Sukhna Ply BWR & MR Grade plywood is manufactured with dual press technology by pree-press so that products are Warp Free, Super Strong Bonding & Gap Less.

Borer & Termite Free:

Sukhna Ply made from mature timber that have self-termite resistance and our ply glue line treated by Anti-Termite Chemical to make plywood borer and termite free.

Excellent Nail holding Capacity:

Sukhna BWR & MR grade ply is manufactured from selected species core veneer and 100% dried with advance core dryer machine with required moisture and all core veneer used only after proper conditioning to make ply excellent screw / nail holding.

All weather proofs:

Sukhna all product is all weather proof as our manufacturing process is advanced balanced construction and controlled as per the SOP. Our Raw material is also inhouse manufacturing.
